Due to the perishable nature of roasted coffee, our policies are designed to protect quality, freshness, and food safety.

Final Sale Policy

All coffee products are final sale.
We do not accept returns or exchanges once coffee has shipped.

Eligible Refunds or Replacements

We will gladly offer a replacement or refund, at our discretion, if your order:

  • Arrives damaged
  • Contains incorrect items
  • Is lost in transit
  • Is unusable due to a fulfillment error

Claims must be submitted within 7 days of confirmed delivery.

Refunds

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of our error

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds or replacements are not provided for:

  • Taste preferences, roast level, or grind selection
  • Normal variations in coffee flavor or appearance
  • Orders marked delivered by the carrier
  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier
  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout
