Today, beans are grown in rich volcanic soil and tropical mountain climates that create complex, vibrant flavors. Coffees from Benguet often show bright acidity with citrus and floral notes. Bukidnon beans are known for balanced sweetness with chocolate and caramel tones. While Mt. Apo coffees tend to have bold body with hints of cacao, spice, and tropical fruit.
